Chicken Cauliflower Rice Burrito Bowl

Ingredients
- 150g cauliflower, grated into rice · 38 kcal
- 120g grilled chicken breast, sliced · 181 kcal

Method
Sauté the grated cauliflower rice in a pan with olive oil, salt, and cumin for 3 to 4 minutes until slightly softened.

Warm the pre-grilled chicken breast and black beans in a separate pan or microwave.

Place the warm cauliflower rice at the bottom of your bowl as the base.

Arrange the sliced chicken, black beans, shredded romaine lettuce, and salsa in separate sections on top.
