Before you write

If something looks wrong in the app, Settings → Help → Diagnostics can upload anonymous logs with a short description. That tells us exactly what happened and usually saves a round of questions.

Common answers

Most questions are already answered in the help centre — logging meals, fixing calories, diets and adherence, the weekly plan and grocery list, the AI coach, and account or data deletion.
