- 120g frozen banana · 106 kcal in the whole recipe
- 10g peanut butter · 59 kcal in the whole recipe
- 5g cocoa powder · 11 kcal in the whole recipe
Method
Place your food processor (a kitchen appliance for chopping) on the counter and plug it in.

Empty the frozen banana slices into the food processor bowl.

Add the peanut butter and cocoa powder on top of the bananas.

Close the lid tightly and press the power button.

Process for about 2-3 minutes until the mixture reaches a smooth and creamy texture.

If the bananas get stuck in the blades, stop the processor and scrape the sides with a spoon.

Turn off the processor once the mixture reaches an ice cream consistency and starts sticking to the spoon.

If you prefer a firmer texture, transfer the mixture to a bowl and freeze it for 30 minutes.
