Baked Apple Chips
By slowly baking naturally sweet apples at a low temperature, we eliminate the need for added sugar while cinnamon helps regulate blood sugar levels.

Method
Preheat the oven to 100°C (200°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Toss the thinly sliced apples with lemon juice in a bowl, then arrange them in a single layer on the baking sheets without overlapping.

Dust the apple slices evenly with ground cinnamon using a fine mesh strainer.

Bake for 1 hour, flip the slices, and bake for another 1 hour until they are completely dried and crisp.

Remove from the oven and let them cool completely on a wire rack to crisp up further before serving.
