Method
Wash and chop 24 oz (700 g) Swiss chard along with its stems, and dice 2 medium onions (220 g) and mince 2 cloves garlic (8 g).

Heat 1.5 tbsp (22 g) olive oil in a large pan over medium heat, then saute the onions and garlic until translucent.

Add 1/4 cup (50 g) fine bulgur, 1 tsp red pepper flakes, and salt, then stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add the chopped Swiss chard in batches, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes until the greens shrink and the bulgur becomes tender.
