Ingredients

- 3 whole wheat flour tortillas (10-inch) · 666 kcal in the whole recipe
- Cooking oil spray
- A dash of salt (optional)
Method
Preheat your oven or toaster oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Cut each tortilla into 8 equal wedges, just like cutting a pizza.

Arrange the tortilla wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet, spray the tops lightly with cooking spray, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt if desired.

Bake for about 10 minutes until they are crisp and lightly browned, keeping a close eye on them so they do not burn.
