Does Besly sync with Apple Health?

Updated October 26, 2026

Yes, in one direction: with your permission, Besly reads data from Apple Health, such as steps, workouts, weight and sleep, to adjust your calorie target and give the coach context, and it does not write anything back to Apple Health.

What Besly reads

Only with your permission, Besly reads these Apple Health items: steps, active and resting energy, workouts, exercise time, walking and running distance, flights climbed, heart rate and related heart measures, VO2 max, sleep, body weight, body fat, lean mass, height, date of birth, biological sex, and dietary energy and water. The complete list is in the privacy policy.

What it does with it

What it does not do

Control

You choose what to share, and you can change it any time in iOS Settings. Without Health data, your target uses the activity level you set in your profile. See how we calculate your calories.

Besly is iOS-only for now; no Android version has been announced. See Is Besly available on Android?
